Chocolate Brownie Bread

Brownies are everyone’s favorite dessert and if by any chance it’s not yours, you will be tempted to try one or two after reading this recipe. These fudgy, gooey, sticky, slightly crunchy and of course very moist brownies will leave you begging for more.



  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate chips



  1. Melt the butter and chocolate over boiling water
  2. Remove from heat and leave to cool
  3. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, milk and mix
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and continue mixing.
  5. Once the mixture is smooth add the chocolate chips and stir
  6. Pour into greased baking tin
  7. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes
